We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial operations for a growing nonprofit organization. This role manages accounting functions, ensures compliance with GAAP and grant regulations, and supports budgeting and audits. The Accounting Manager will oversee a team of ~5 employees and will play a key part in processing payroll. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. The first 90 days will be onsite.
